35% Labs - Dropbox, Bloggers , Linked In, Wix Websites. etc.
30% Project - Completed Wix Website / Portfolio.

Program Goals and Objectives
General Education courses are designed to provide ITT Tech students with a well-rounded education in
the context of their technical programs. Each course emphasizes one or more of ITT Tech’s General
Education Student Learning Outcomes.
1. The student will be able to demonstrate personal responsibilities.
2. The student will be able to analyze information.
3. The student will be able to solve complex problems.
4. The student will be able to communicate effectively in oral, written and visual forms.
5. The student will be able to contribute as a member of a team.
6. The student will be able to pursue lifelong learning opportunities.

Course Objectives
1. Navigate ITT Tech resources, such as student email, the ITT Tech Virtual Library, and the ITT
Tech Student Portal.
2. Describe personal success strategies incorporating the need for change, study skills, overcoming
challenges, and techniques of effective and efficient learners.
3. Use selected productivity software tools to generate assignments and documents for individual
portfolios.
4. Demonstrate the ability to conduct research using electronic resources.
5. Contribute to discussions and apply team skills where appropriate to complete learning activities.
6. Demonstrate project planning and project management skills through successful completion of a
final project.
7. Describe technological trends of a global information society that will impact learning.
